filmmaker's statement:
This is a passion project. But to me it’s so much more than that. I Originally, this script was written with male lead and I changed not-a-word and played it as a women.
It was inspired by the badassness of Goodfellas, Napoleon Dynamite's awkward charm, and the wonderful satire of Zoolander. And all the nuances of what it means to be a 20-something trying to make it in big bad New York City.
This film is for anyone who’s ever wanted to be a somebody and felt invisible-- not living up to their full potential.
